Remove the cello tape immediately after the event is over.
In case if the cello tape is causing damage to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the tape as it will prevent the damage.
Be careful while bursting balloons as you may get hurt if they burst.

If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the time of delivery, a full refund will be issued.
If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 12 hours before the time of delivery, a 50 refund will be issued.
If a cancellation occurs less than 12 hours before delivery, no refund will be issued.

The client is responsible for any damage to the decoration materials or props caused by guests or other parties during the event.
The decorator is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the event due to the decorations.
The decorator may take photographs of the decorations for portfolio and marketing purposes, with the client’s consent.
The client agrees that the decorator may use these photographs in promotional materials.
The decorator is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events
